At Steeda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All returns must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Steeda account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is fully processed.
